I’m still not over the details from Conner and Alex’s Angel Fire, NM micro wedding. Nestled in the mountains, they chose the perfect ski-in/ski-out Vrbo to host an intimate and heartfelt celebration with their closest family and friends. With the crisp October air, golden fall colors, and breathtaking mountain views, their day was nothing short of magical.

Conner envisioned something simple yet intimate, and this mountain getaway delivered just that. Also, fall in New Mexico is breathtaking. Golden hues painted the landscape, creating the dreamiest backdrop for their wedding day. Their day began with a first look on a secluded hilltop, where Alex waited for Conner surrounded by golden trees and distant mountain peaks. They shared private vows and had a a quiet, emotional moment filled with so much love, setting the tone for the rest of their day.

Outdoor Fall Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony took place outdoors in a grassy clearing framed by towering white-barked trees. It provided a serene and natural setting for their vows. Conner and Alex exchanged heartfelt promises in front of their loved ones, everything unfolding exactly as they envisioned.

The wedding party brought all the cozy fall vibes, with the bridesmaids dressed in stunning velvet gowns, each wearing a unique style in earthy autumn shades. Conner was radiant in her wedding dress, featuring a flowing tulle skirt and sheer, detachable sleeves that added the perfect touch of romance.

Intimate Angel Fire, NM Micro Wedding
Following the ceremony, the celebration moved back to the VRBO, where guests enjoyed an evening filled with tender moments and delicious food. The newlyweds shared their first dance out on the patio that had doors that folded up to create the perfect view outside. It was a truly special moment as their guests stood inside, quietly watching, allowing the newlyweds to soak in the moment just the two of them.

Guests enjoyed food catered from Angel Fired Pizza out on the patio. For dessert, they indulged in a heart-shaped “Just Married” cake and monogram cookies. Oh, and let’s not forget the toasts! The amazing champagne tower was a perfect highlight before everyone raised their glasses in a toast to the newlyweds.

Before the night came to a close, I stole Conner and Alex away for some final newlywed portraits, capturing them against the breathtaking New Mexico scenery in Angel Fire. It was the perfect way to wrap up such an unforgettable day.

Kind Words from the Bride and Groom
“I don’t know where to start. Sarah was absolutely perfect. From our engagements to our wedding photos we are in complete awe. I have never had photos of myself that I have adored so much and will forever be thankful to Sarah for capturing such sweet memories. Sarah packed up and headed out west with us and let me tell you, her eye for detail is none other. Always prepared and never missing a beat she had every location scouted and was ready to go even had Kleenex in hand when needed.
Truly you won’t find better. I picked the specific weekend in October as it was peak season for foliage and Sarah knew how much the colors meant to me, every photo captures the colors and memories just as we remember them. I still look at the photos on my wall and stare in amazement at that day and the love and memories she was able to capture for us. She has turned into the best friend and will forever capture our memories for life <3
Thank you Sarah for truly being so kind, awesome, patient and just you!”
